Our Story

Fee-Stop Auto Assist was born out of a desire to change the car buying experience. While working in sales, I encountered many new Canadians needing vehicles, only to see them misled with half-truths and inflated fees due to supply and demand issues. Money was never my motivator; my passion was advocating for people, similar to my previous work in the nursing field. Discovering my ADHD and Autism at 49 fueled my drive to make a difference in others’ lives.

After deciding to start this company, I partnered with Dalia, a dynamic entrepreneur with a strong sales performance history and a creative mind. Dalia, an immigrant from Lebanon, offers a firsthand perspective on building a successful life in Canada and brings her background in Arabic-speaking to help new Canadians. Together, we are two natural problem solvers with a strong internal compass for fairness and equality, fighting against unfair treatment and advocating for our customers.
